Creating Recurring Events
Have a weekly concert series or monthly show? Create a recurring event instead of adding each date individually:
- From your dashboard, click "Add Manual Event"
- Fill in the basic event details (band name, start date, time)
- Check the box "Make this a recurring event"
- Configure the recurrence pattern:
- Pattern: Choose Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, or First/Last [Day] of Month
- Day of Week: Select which day the event occurs
- End Time: When the event typically ends (optional)
- End Date: When the series ends, or leave blank for ongoing
- Click "Add Event"
Examples of recurring events:
- Every Thursday Night: Weekly bluegrass showcase
- First Friday: Monthly featured artist series
- Every Other Saturday: Bi-weekly open stage
Managing recurring events: When you edit or delete a recurring event, it affects the entire series. All future occurrences will be updated or removed.
